HONEY CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 蜜糖黑巧克力芝士蛋糕

Ingrediants:

  1. *90g butter
  2. *185g cream cheese
  3. *2/3 cup castor sugar
  4. *2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  5. *2 eggs
  6. *3/4 cup plain flour
  7. *3/4 cup self-raising flour
  8. *1/4 cup cocoa
  9. *3/4 cup milk

Honey chocolate fudge

cooking chocolate 150g

fresh cream 90g

butter 30g

honey 15g

grease a 20cm baba pan.

Method:

1. Cream butter , cream cheese and sugars in small bowl with electric mixer until light and

fluffy.

2. Beat in eggs one at a time, beat until combined.

3. Transfer mixture to large bowl (u can add in 2/3 cup chopped walnuts )

then half the sifted flours and cocoa with half the milk, then stir in remaining flours and milk.

4. Spread into prepared pan.

5. Bake in moderate (190*c - 200*c ) oven for about 40 minutes.

6. Stand 5 minutes before turning on to wire rack to cool.

Chocolate fudge

1. Prepare honey chocolate fudge topping by mixing all the ingredients in a pan over boiling water.

2. Whisk the ingredients for 5-10 minutes until the fudge is smooth and glossy.

3. The warm fudge can then be applied on the top and side of the cake.

KEEPING TIME : 2 DAYS

    Butter是那种四方有盐的那种?还是无盐的?

    讲真的我不知道什么是fresh cream?虽然很多recipe都需要用到,呵呵。。。

    你可以去蛋糕材料專賣點,將此RECIPE給他們.
    交代他們為你蒐集材料就行了哦!

    牛油通常是沒有鹽的比較好而且是罐裝"金桶"牛油哦!

  3. 我家乡的蛋糕材料专卖店很“佬牙”的。
    上次我做蛋糕时要买无盐butter,他们就说没有因为贵所以没有进货。
    然后我就用了一般的butter来做。

    罐裝"金桶"牛油?是palanta吗?
